Cancellation Policy

Happy Hooves has a 24-hour cancellation policy for private and therapeutic lessons. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be charged in full. For group term lessons, full payment is required in advance, and there are no refunds or credits for missed lessons unless due to certified injury.
